2nd Place Winner – Wave #12

I created this monogram as part of my personal brand after graduating back in 2017 and I’ve been sitting on it ever since. After landing a job in the local industry straight out of uni, my personal brand has taken a backseat and I thought it was about time it was given some love.

My brief was straightforward, I needed a simple, scalable monogram that encompassed my initials (KH) for use across my business cards, PDFolio, and website.

I’ve always been a fan of bold, brutalist, geometric forms and this certainly influenced the design. I’m currently exploring how the mark can expand into a wider identity to help elevate my visibility within the local industry, in case I end up on a covid-induced job hunt!
